The Tyma TF-28E is an exclusive and exquisite instrument that rewards its owner with a beautiful and balanced sound as well as a completely exceptional volume and playability. On the Tyma TF-28E, Tyma has applied new design principles and construction methods that elevate the Tyma TF-28E to a higher class. The Tyma TF-28E is constructed with Tyma's new Double-V bracing, which makes the top on the Tyma TF-28E significantly more flexible, while the top on the Tyma TF-28E is treated with Torrefaction.

Torrefaction is a process in which the wood is heated to a low temperature in an oxygen-free environment, which reduces impurities in the wood, resulting in weight loss and increased stiffness. The process produces a chemical reaction in the wood, which is very similar to the process that wood undergoes when it is dried for decades. The end result is an extra resonant lightweight top that releases a tone that is very similar to the tone you get from an old guitar that has been loved and played on for years. The tone of a torrified top is impressive, and when paired with rosewood on the back and sides, it results in a guitar with extra projection and warmth. The neck-joint is also new, and gives a more uniform neck, which feels comfortable all the way up the fingerboard.

Tyma TF-28E is built as an OM model with solid sitka spruce top, bone saddle and bridge, and a nice high-gloss finish. The back and sides are made of solid Indian  rosewood, while the deck is constructed with the Double-V bracing we mentioned above. The OM model has a more pronounced midrange, which will appeal to the guitarist, who places great emphasis on the guitar having a uniform balance between bass, midrange and treble. The solid Sitka spruce top contributes with its beautiful appearance, and an extremely overtoned and balanced sound, which is equally suitable for finger-style, strumming or solo play.

The Tyma TF-28E comes with a built-in pickup, which consists of a built-in preamp and microphone, which is located under the bridge, as well as an acoustic microphone, which Tyma mounts in the sound box. If you need to amplify the guitar, you can also do this.
